Last minute staffing emergencies used to be nightmare before our Home worked with UHHC. Now we know we have a partner who has our back and always pulls through for us. They have rescued us from staffing emergencies a lot, where I would have otherwise had to work short staffed. The staff from UHHC are experienced and have become our friends on the floor and we are always happy to see them working alongside us.
